Frequently asked
Is there a commitment, and how do I stop the line?
There is no minimum term. You can close it from your panel at any time; the line ends at the end of the paid period. The one year of hosting and email from setup stays active until it ends; after that you can continue with a separate hosting plan.
How does payment work?
The first payment covers setup and the first month. The monthly fee renews on the same day each month from the payment date. VAT is added to the prices.
I don't have a domain. What should I do?
The domain fee is not included. You can enter your existing domain or register a new one while ordering.
Who do I pay the ad budget to?
Directly to Meta or Google, with your own payment method. It is not part of the service fee; the line runs on at least 15,000 TRY/month. If the budget exceeds 25,000 TRY, we re-quote the line fee.
Can two ad channels be managed together?
Yes. Choose both as the ad channel when ordering and add the second channel add-on.
Who is responsible for ads and messages?
Your business is the advertiser, the controller of customer data and the sender of any WhatsApp campaign messages, and registers with the message management system (İYS). We run this work on your behalf and with your approval. Consent and cookie texts are templates, not legal advice.
Do you set up the WhatsApp Business API?
No. We set up the free WhatsApp Business app: catalog, quick replies, greeting message and customer consent text. We add a short privacy notice link to the greeting; for clinics and law firms it also asks people not to share health or case details. API, chatbots and bulk messaging are outside this package.
Where do the report numbers come from?
Each month we compile calls, messages, ad spend and appointments from the ad account, the business profile and WhatsApp statistics and upload them to your panel. The report contains no personal data.
