Your questions answered
Is the digital invitation business profitable, and how many sales cover my investment?
Enter your own package price and estimated monthly sales in the calculator. For example, a ₺899 package covers setup and first-year hosting (₺56,000 + VAT) in about 63 sales. This is an example calculation; taxes and marketing costs are excluded, and revenue is not guaranteed.
Can I sell under my own brand and domain?
Yes. The platform is installed with your brand name, logo, colours and domain; your end users do not see TeknoWeb or e-davetiyem.
Do I keep the source code, and what does the licence cover?
Source code is delivered after full payment, acceptance and a signed agreement. The licence covers one domain for your own use only; you may not sell, rent or install the software on another domain. You may transfer the licence and all its rights to another person. See the licence agreement for details.
How long does setup take?
We launch within 7 business days after receiving complete logo, colour and domain information.
Are training and revisions included?
Setup includes up to 2 hours of online admin training, 2 brand-adaptation revision rounds and 90 days of bug fixes from acceptance. New features and design work outside the scope are charged separately.
How does the RSVP system work?
Each guest receives a personal link to submit attendance, adult and child counts and meal preference. Responses appear immediately in the dashboard and can be exported as CSV.
Can WhatsApp sending lead to account restrictions?
Sending uses the user's own WhatsApp account connected by QR code (WhatsApp Web), not the official WhatsApp Business API. Messages are sent at 30–90-second intervals to reduce risk, but number restrictions or account closure remain possible. The user connecting the account bears this risk.
How are payments collected?
PayTR card payments and receipt-based bank transfers are ready in the platform. Open your PayTR merchant account and enter your keys in the dashboard; payment provider fees are your responsibility.
Who handles hosting and updates?
The platform runs on TeknoWeb infrastructure. Annual hosting costs ₺6,000 + VAT and includes SSL, security updates, monitoring and outage response. New feature releases are quoted separately.
Who is the controller of guest data under KVKK?
You are the controller for your customers' and their guests' data; TeknoWeb acts as processor during hosting. Privacy notices and commercial messaging obligations under İYS are your responsibility.
Can it also be used for engagements, henna, circumcision celebrations and business events?
Yes. Engagement, henna, civil ceremony, wedding, circumcision and after-party event types are ready; each invitation can include 5 additional events besides the main one.
How can a print shop add a digital invitation to a printed one?
Each invitation automatically generates a QR code and A6/A4 table card. Add the QR code to printed invitations and sell a digital invitation package as a second product.
