Which PayTR account receives the payments?

Integration uses the PayTR merchant account owned by your business. Customer funds are not routed through TeknoWeb’s payment account; settlement follows your agreement with PayTR.

Is the TeknoWeb fee the same as PayTR’s commission?

They are separate. TeknoWeb quotes for setup, development, testing or maintenance. PayTR transaction commissions, provider fees and third-party licences are assessed separately.

Can I buy a service if I already use PayTR?

Yes. We assess the technical suitability of your existing account. You can request integration, troubleshooting or maintenance without opening a new membership.

Can you work on a website hosted elsewhere?

Yes, when its infrastructure and authorised access are suitable. A hosting transfer to TeknoWeb is not required.

Does a standard module immediately enable subscriptions?

Scheduled billing and cancellation rules require application development. Card storage and recurring payments also require the relevant PayTR account permissions, such as Non3D approval.

Does TeknoWeb guarantee PayTR approval or activation?

PayTR decides on applications and product permissions. TeknoWeb delivers the agreed technical setup and testing; provider approval, commission rates and settlement timing are not guaranteed.
