Starting an invitation brand involves more than choosing a theme. Plan sales, payments, guest responses, support and licensing as one complete workflow.

Digital invitation platforms: a workflow from sales to RSVP

From invitation design to a business workflow

A digital invitation is more than an attractive link. A customer chooses a package, pays, creates an event and contacts guests. A guest reads the programme on a phone, checks directions and submits an RSVP. The business manages package limits, support, collection of payments and retention of data. Review the full journey in the live demo before buying.

Evaluate the different users separately

  • Guest: mobile opening, event information, language, directions and RSVP.
  • Invitation owner: guest list, response counts, sending history and memories.
  • Business: packages, customer accounts, payment records, permissions and support.

The TeknoWeb platform provides Turkish, English and German invitation experiences. Current management screens are Turkish. English and German promotional pages do not imply a translated administration panel. Check each audience's requirements separately during the demonstration.

Keep RSVP data useful and limited

Attending, maybe and declining responses help plan an event. Guest counts and preferences should be limited to information the host actually needs. Define what is collected, who can view it and when it is deleted. Do not automatically reuse invitation contact details for future marketing campaigns.

Understand the sending method

The platform's WhatsApp connection is not the official API. The party connecting the account bears the risk of number restrictions; sending intervals do not guarantee avoidance of restrictions. Audience expectations, applicable permissions and sending records must be considered together. SMS, email and WhatsApp do not have identical permission or delivery properties.

Source-code delivery does not transfer intellectual property

Receiving source code does not automatically transfer copyright. The current licence covers one domain and use by the licence holder. Selling, renting or replicating the software across other domains is subject to contractual limitations. Review full-payment, acceptance and signed-agreement requirements before source-code delivery.

Before launching

  • Prepare the brand, domain, logo and colours completely.
  • Define package limits, payment provider and sender details.
  • Test invitation opening, RSVP and language behaviour on a real phone.
  • Agree administrator permissions, support and backup responsibilities.
  • Plan setup, annual hosting and external provider fees separately.
  • Verify acceptance, source-code delivery and usage rights in the agreement.
