A written proposal for your requirements

Request a quote

Define dedicated server needs alongside hardware and delivery conditions.

Evaluate dedicated hardware with processor, memory, storage and location requirements.

Who is this for?
Technical teams needing different hardware or resource isolation from a VPS.
What does it help you do?
A server proposal with hardware, setup conditions and a delivery plan.

Scope and limits that guide the decision

The written scope defines actions and access within the selected product limits.

Hardware and location planning

Assess processor, memory, disk and location requirements against intended use; suitable hardware and supply options are investigated separately.

Setup and access defined in the written proposal

Separate setup, operating system, licences and access responsibilities in the written proposal. Application administration is not automatically included.

Procurement and delivery coordination

Coordinate procurement and delivery against the approved conditions. Neither stock availability nor a fixed delivery date is assumed in advance.

Assessing an application with specific hardware requirements

A conceptual example explaining the approach, not a customer project or an achieved result.

  1. Define the requirement

An example technical team describes its workload and hardware needs that its virtual server does not meet.

  2. Distinguish the options

Hardware, location and supply options are assessed while setup responsibilities are identified.

  3. Plan the checks

Procurement is planned after written approval, with access handover and agreed hardware checks recorded.

An illustrative workflow, not a customer project.

A path from requirements to use

Timing, authorised access and responsibilities are agreed with the scope.

  1. Share hardware, traffic and location requirements

Share usage and capacity needs; an initial review is not a stock commitment.

    Planned outputRequirements for the proposal

  2. Review suitable hardware and supply conditions

Agree administration, licence needs and technical boundaries.

  3. Approve pricing and delivery in a written proposal

Approve pricing and delivery conditions through a written proposal.

  4. Complete procurement, setup and access handover

Coordinate with the team and record access handover and check results.

Checks before putting the service into use

The product and written scope define final deliverables; not every item is included in every package.

  • Hardware and location planning
  • Setup and access defined in the written proposal
  • Procurement and delivery coordination
  • Checks of authorised access and relevant service settings
  • Records of application administration, extra services and support responsibilities

Product descriptions or proposals define limits and support. Migration and restoration require an explicit scope.

Questions that clarify the choice

Is the displayed hardware immediately in stock?

Stock and supply are assessed for the proposal. The description guarantees neither inventory nor a fixed delivery date.

Are server administration and licences included?

The proposal defines setup and administration. Operating system, panel licences and managed maintenance must be stated explicitly.

Does dedicated hardware remove the need for backups?

No. Separate hardware does not eliminate data-loss risk. Backup coverage, retention and restoration need their own plan.

Can I buy directly and start using it immediately?

No. After written approval, the team coordinates procurement and setup under the agreed conditions.

Which work is considered separately?

Immediate stock, guaranteed delivery dates, extra licences and managed maintenance outside the proposal are not included.

Example configurations

These are starting examples. Exact hardware, location and price are confirmed in the quote.

Before you decide

Why are prices not shown on the page?

The price depends on processor, memory, storage, traffic and data center choices. Describe your needs to receive a suitable configuration and monthly price proposal.

Which data center will host the server?

The quote identifies the location based on your needs and available hardware. Include any country or city preference in your request.

Who performs the setup?

We provide operating system installation and initial access. Request ongoing management and maintenance if needed so they can be included in the quote.

What information is needed for a quote?

Processor and core needs, memory, storage type and capacity, monthly traffic, preferred location and intended use. The form opens with these topics.
