How do I order agency and WordPress services?

Web design, SEO, digital advertising, social media, e-commerce, branding, custom software, mobile apps, technical KVKK compliance and WordPress services are not automatically provisioned products. You place the order and our team delivers the work as a project after payment. This article explains ordering and the information required.
Ordering steps
- Review the product page. Plan pages show scope, estimated delivery and exclusions. For example, see Web Design or WordPress Management.
- Choose a plan and answer the questions. Ordering asks a few service-specific questions. Every service requires a needs and goals summary: briefly describe your situation, goal and expected outcome in at least 20 characters. Services involving an existing site also ask for its URL.
- Choose an access method where required. Some services require site access; select how you will share it, such as a secure invitation after purchase, a temporary authorized user or access through your technical team.
- Provide the consents. At checkout, accept the Service Agreement, Privacy Policy, Distance Sales Agreement and Pre-contract Information Form. Separately confirm that service should start before the 14-day withdrawal period ends and that withdrawal rights end once performance starts. Ordering cannot complete without these consents.
- Complete payment. After payment approval, a project record is created and our team carries out the work. View the order under My Orders in the dashboard.
Do not enter passwords or access details in the form
Form entries are stored with your order. Therefore, never enter admin, hosting or advertising account passwords in any field. Describe only the situation and goal in the summary. Access is shared separately and securely through the selected method when needed.
About withdrawal rights
Agency and WordPress services start immediately with your consent; under the relevant provision of the Distance Contracts Regulation, withdrawal is unavailable after performance begins. See the Distance Sales Agreement.
