We offer separate services for your WordPress site itself. Below is a summary of each service's inclusions and exclusions based on product pages; current details always remain on those pages.
Maintenance (Basic and Professional)
Basic Maintenance includes core/plugin update monitoring, backup checks and monthly status summaries. Professional Maintenance is for busy sites: staging-supported updates, backup and uptime monitoring, and monthly technical reports. Both exclude new features and paid licenses; Basic also excludes content production, Professional content entry. An initial plan is prepared the same business day. Details: WordPress Management.
Performance optimization
Includes before/after measurements, cache and asset optimization, and a technical results report. Server replacement and theme rewriting are excluded. No specific score is guaranteed. Estimated delivery is 3-5 business days. Details: WordPress Optimization.
Security hardening
Includes file/user review, basic configuration hardening and prioritized findings. Incident response and hosting migration are excluded. Hardening reduces risk; freedom from breaches is not guaranteed. Estimated delivery is 2-3 business days.
Malware removal
Includes file/database scans, removal of identified malware and a final check summary. New hosting and custom plugin repairs are excluded; prevention of future attacks is not guaranteed. Estimated delivery is 2-5 business days. For both security services: WordPress Security.
Single technical intervention
Includes up to two hours of investigation/intervention for one defined issue and an action summary. New features, a second out-of-scope issue and third-party charges are excluded. Estimated delivery is 1-2 business days. Details: WordPress Support.
10-hour development package
Provides ten hours of WordPress development for an approved, prioritized task list and a change summary. Unused time does not carry beyond sixty days; clarify the start date when ordering.
