Where are my domain settings?
- In the customer dashboard, open My Domains.
- Click the domain you want to manage.
- The domain page shows expiration, remaining time and the management options below.
Settings you can manage
- Nameservers (NS): Determine which servers your domain uses. If another provider hosts your site, enter their NS addresses here.
- DNS records: DNS record management in the dashboard is currently unavailable and appears disabled. Manage A, CNAME, MX and TXT records at your nameserver service, such as the hosting panel or Cloudflare. If needed, open a support ticket.
- Privacy protection: Limits visibility of your contact details in WHOIS lookups.
- Automatic renewal: When enabled, your domain is invoiced for renewal before expiry.
- Transfer lock: An active lock prevents transfers to another provider. Keep it enabled unless planning a transfer.
- EPP code: The authorization code required to transfer a domain to another provider. View it in the dashboard; do not share it with others.
- Contact details: Update the domain's registered holder and contact information.
- Child NS:
ns1.alanadiniz.comdefines nameservers under your own domain.
Not every option is available for every domain
Availability depends on whether the domain's registrar supports the feature. Unavailable options appear disabled; hovering shows the reason.
DNS for .tr extensions
.com.tr, .net.tr and .org.tr domains do not support DNS record management in the dashboard; only nameservers (NS) can be changed. Manage DNS records at the service your NS point to. See .tr domains.
When do changes take effect?
After saving NS or DNS changes, propagation across the internet takes time. Some visitors may see old settings while others see new ones.
