Digital Invitation Platform is ready-made software operated under your own brand. The summary below is based on the Ready-made Software License and Sales Agreement; the agreement itself is binding.
Included in the setup fee
- Installation on TeknoWeb infrastructure and publication on your domain
- Brand adaptation (logo, colors, contact details, etc.) and up to two revision rounds; unused revisions expire 30 days after acceptance
- One administrator account
- Online training for up to three people, up to two sessions totaling two hours, within 30 days after acceptance
- Perpetual use license and source code delivery
- Bug fixes for 90 days from acceptance
Out-of-scope work requires written approval; the hourly rate is stated in the agreement.
Delivery and acceptance
- Setup completes within 7 business days after all three conditions are met: payment, complete delivery of required information/materials (logo, colors, legal texts, DNS access, etc.), and ordering hosting.
- After delivery, you have 5 business days to inspect against the acceptance checklist. Without reasoned written objection during that period, delivery is considered accepted.
- After full payment, acceptance and agreement signature, source code is delivered within 5 business days to a private Git repository or encrypted archive, once.
License scope
- The license is limited to one domain and subdomains serving the same installation, for your own business only.
- Selling, renting, sublicensing, white-label/reseller provision to other businesses and public source-code publication are prohibited.
- Transfer the entire license to one person under the agreement's notification conditions.
Hosting requirement
The software runs on TeknoWeb infrastructure with separately ordered hosting for at least 12 months. Included: application hosting, SSL, security updates for infrastructure and unmodified code, and resource monitoring in the dashboard. The data center is in Germany. Outage reports receive a response within 24 hours, emergencies within 4 hours; these are not resolution guarantees. No availability percentage is guaranteed. Backups are not included; unless purchased separately, data loss risk remains with you.
Right of withdrawal
Business or professional purchases have no withdrawal right. Consumers have a 14-day right, except when they expressly agree to setup before its end and installation begins. Ordering includes consent for service commencement before expiry of that period. Source code is not delivered while withdrawal rights remain.
