What is account balance?
Balance is money deposited in advance to pay TeknoWeb invoices. It is held only in Turkish lira (TRY).
A balance top-up is an advance payment. A receipt is created afterwards, not an invoice. Your service invoice is issued when you apply the balance to an invoice payment.
How do I top up?
- In the customer dashboard, open Balance.
- Select or enter an amount. The page shows the minimum per top-up and daily maximum.
- Choose the method:
- Credit / debit card: The amount is credited immediately after payment.
- Bank transfer / EFT: Pay the displayed account, enter the provided reference and upload the receipt. Finance approval credits the balance. If no receipt is uploaded within the displayed period, the transfer request closes automatically.
You can also report a bank transfer/EFT top-up on Payment Notification by selecting “Balance top-up”.
Paying invoices with balance
- Pay unpaid invoices from your balance in full.
- If balance is insufficient, make a partial payment from balance and pay the rest by card.
- On the balance page, in Automatic Payments and Alerts, enable Automatically pay invoices from balance to pay unpaid invoices approaching or past their due date every morning. Balance must cover the full invoice; automatic payments cannot be partial.
- Optionally set a threshold for low-balance alerts.
Account transactions
The balance page lists top-ups, spending and pending requests, with a date filter.
What you should know
- Balance is usable only for TeknoWeb services.
- Balance cannot be converted to cash and cannot be transferred to another account.
For credits from cancelled services, see Cancellation, withdrawal and refunds.
