In the customer dashboard, open My Servers and select your server to perform basic actions there.

Power controls

Buttons are enabled according to the server's actual state:

  • Start: available when the server is off.
  • Stop and Restart: available when the server is running.

In-browser console

The console connects directly to your server screen and works even without SSH access, for example when a firewall setting blocks SSH.

  1. On the server page, use Console. The console opens in a new tab.
  2. When the status is "Connected", log in with the root username and password.
  3. If needed, use Ctrl+Alt+Del to send that key combination to the server.

The session closes after a few idle minutes; use Reconnect to start another session.

Reinstallation

Reinstalls the server with your selected operating system. All data on the disk is permanently deleted. Take a snapshot first if needed.

  1. Reinstallation: select Ubuntu 24.04 LTS, Ubuntu 22.04 LTS, Debian 13, Debian 12, Rocky Linux 9 or AlmaLinux 9 in this card.
  2. In the confirmation box, enter YENİDEN KUR.
  3. Reinstall server starts the process. Installation may take a few minutes.
  4. The new root password is shown once; save it. You can also view it later in the Login details card.

When service is suspended

When service is inactive, server actions (power, console, password, reinstall) are disabled. A suspended server is powered off; the snapshot list remains visible. Service and server are restored when payment is approved.
