Understanding scope, delivery time and revisions

We want you to know before ordering what agency and WordPress services include and exclude. Plan pages therefore summarize the information in each plan definition.
What do plan pages show?
- Scope items: Included work, such as corporate website design for up to eight page templates, content management, mobile compatibility and basic SEO structure.
- Estimated delivery: The expected completion time, usually in business days rather than calendar days; it is an estimate.
- Excluded: Work not included and requiring separate agreement. Cards show some exclusions; ask for the full list before ordering.
Revision rounds
Design plans specify revision rounds, for example 2 for landing pages and corporate websites and 3 for premium corporate websites. This may not appear as a separate heading on the page; contact us before ordering to confirm.
Examples of excluded work
Exclusions vary by plan. Common examples:
- No ranking guarantee: SEO plans do not guarantee specific search rankings.
- Advertising budget excluded: Google Ads setup and management fees exclude advertising spend, which is paid separately to Google. Management also does not guarantee sales outcomes.
- Not legal advice: The technical KVKK audit reports findings on cookies, forms and data flows; legal advice and legal approval of documents are excluded.
- Content and third-party charges: Many plans exclude copywriting/content production, paid plugins and licenses, and third-party service charges.
- Implementation separate: Technical SEO audits exclude implementing findings; Google Ads setup excludes monthly management.
Delivery estimates for monthly services
For ongoing local SEO, Growth SEO, Google Ads management and social media, delivery estimates describe the initial step, not all work. For example, “Initial plan in 5 business days” or “Initial calendar in 7 business days”.
