Find our IBAN details on the Our Bank Accounts page. Pay only into the accounts listed there.
When making a bank transfer/EFT
- Enter your order or invoice number in the reference field to help us match payment to the correct invoice.
- Keep your bank receipt after payment; you must upload it with the notification.
How do I report payment?
Bank transfers/EFT are not matched automatically; report payment in the dashboard.
- In the customer dashboard, open Payment Notification.
- Select what you paid for: an unpaid invoice or a balance top-up. For invoice payments, select the relevant invoice.
- Enter the amount sent.
- Select the recipient account from our bank accounts.
- Sender's name / company name and transfer date and time must be entered. The date must be today or within the past 60 days.
- Upload the receipt. A receipt is required: PDF, JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 8 MB.
- Optionally add a note and submit the notification.
What delays approval?
- Amount, date or sender name differing from the receipt
- Unreadable or incomplete receipts
- Payment sent to a different account from the one selected
Compare these details with the receipt before submitting.
After notification
- Our finance team matches the receipt to the bank transaction.
- After approval, the invoice is marked paid or the amount is credited to balance; you receive an email.
- Unmatched notifications are rejected with a reason; check the details and resubmit.
View recent notifications and their statuses on the same page.
