Dedicated physical servers are not purchased through the online cart; they are offered through a written quote tailored to your needs. Pricing depends on the selected processor, memory, disks, traffic and data center.
The process has four steps
- Describe your needs: Send CPU, memory, storage, traffic and intended use through the contact form.
- Configuration proposal: Together, we clarify hardware and data center choices suited to your workload.
- Price quote: We send a written quote with monthly pricing, location and delivery conditions.
- Setup and delivery: After approval, we prepare the server, install the operating system and provide initial access details.
Information requested in the quote form
The dedicated server quote form opens with these headings prefilled:
- CPU / core requirements
- Memory (RAM)
- Disk (type and capacity)
- Monthly traffic
- Preferred location
- Intended use
You can leave unknown fields blank and describe the application and expected user count instead; we will base our proposal on that.
Location
The quote explicitly states the data center based on your needs and available hardware. Mention any country or city preference in your request.
Management
We install the operating system and provide initial access details. If you need ongoing management and maintenance, mention it so it can be included in the quote.
Could a VPS be sufficient?
If our VPS plans meet your needs, an automatically provisioned VPS may offer a quicker start after ordering. If unsure, say so in the form; we will assess both options with you.
