Download personal data and request account deletion

Exercise some rights under Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) directly in the dashboard. These actions are on My Profile in the Privacy tab.
What is in the Privacy tab?
- Marketing Communications: Give consent for campaign and product announcements or withdraw it at any time.
- Consent History: A record of consents given and withdrawn.
- Your Data: Options to download personal data.
- Delete my account: Account deletion request, visible only to the owner.
Account-level KVKK actions are available to owners and Administrators. Only the owner can initiate deletion.
Downloading your data
Two download formats are available:
- Download my data: A JSON export of the account's personal data. Download JSON provides the download.
- Portable data: A standard format for transfer to another service (Schema.org JSON-LD). Download JSON-LD provides the download.
Requesting account deletion
- Privacy tab contains the Danger Zone: select Delete my account.
- In the confirmation field, enter the displayed word SİL.
- Enter your account email address.
- Enter your password. If signing in only with Google or Apple, leave it blank.
- Permanently delete account confirms the request.
Active services or unpaid invoices must be closed first. This action is irreversible; download needed data before starting.
Retained records
Financial records such as invoices and payments are retained for 5 years under statutory retention duties in the Tax Procedure Law.
Other KVKK requests
You may also ask whether your data is processed or request correction of incorrect or incomplete data. The contact address is in Privacy. KVKK requests are answered within 30 days at the latest.
