You configure your server with the following options when ordering a VPS. No domain is required. Current plans and prices are on the VPS product page; add-on charges appear at checkout.

Operating system

  • Ubuntu 24.04 LTS
  • Ubuntu 22.04 LTS
  • Debian 13
  • Debian 12
  • Rocky Linux 9
  • AlmaLinux 9

Data center

Your server is set up in Falkenstein (Germany, default), Nuremberg (Germany) or Helsinki (Finland). We do not offer a location in Türkiye.

Backups (optional)

If you add backups, a full disk backup is taken automatically every day and the last 7 days are retained. Pricing depends on your plan and appears at checkout. Independently, every server allows up to 2 free snapshots; the differences are explained in snapshots and daily backups.

Additional IPv4 address

You can add up to 10 additional IPv4 addresses to your server.

Management level

Options are Unmanaged, Standard and Proactive. Plans are unmanaged by default, with full server control in your hands. Choose Standard or Proactive if you want us to manage the server; ask us about the scope before ordering.

Control panel

You can choose DirectAdmin, Plesk or cPanel. The license fee is included in the monthly charge. Available license editions: DirectAdmin Personal+ (2 accounts, 20 domains), Plesk Web Admin (10 domains), cPanel Solo (1 account). We purchase the license and our team installs the panel manually; you can follow installation through a support ticket. Not every panel works with every operating system and architecture; checkout warns you about incompatible choices. See the table in control panel compatibility for details.

Server name (hostname)

The server's name in its operating system, for example sunucu1.alanadiniz.com. Letters, numbers, hyphens and dots are allowed. Leave it blank to assign a name automatically.

SSH public key

Optional; if provided, it is added to the root account. Rules:

  • Enter only the public key, usually stored in a file with a .pub extension. Never share your private key.
  • The key must be on one line and contain a single key only.
  • Supported types: ssh-ed25519, ssh-rsa, ecdsa-sha2-nistp256/384/521 and, for hardware keys, [email protected], [email protected].
