The fastest way to check whether an issue affects only you or everyone is the status page. Values are not entered manually; services are checked automatically at regular intervals.
Which services are monitored?
The page covers six services:
- Network Infrastructure
- API Gateway
- Customer Dashboard
- Website
- Hosting Servers
- Business Email
How are checks performed?
- Each service is checked once a minute.
- Measurements run from our server in Falkenstein, Germany.
- Network measurements cover latency to global endpoints and major Turkish operators' networks.
When is an incident created?
If a service fails 2 consecutive checks, an incident opens automatically and closes when service responds again. A single brief failure does not open an incident.
Historical data
Each service shows uptime over at most the past 30 days and the number of measured days behind that figure.
If status is normal but your issue persists
If no outage appears, the issue may be specific to your site, account or connection. Then:
- Check another device or internet connection.
- Record the error message or take a screenshot.
- Open a support ticket and select the relevant service.
