Saved cards and automatic renewal

How is my card saved?
Save a card by selecting the option during payment. My Saved Cards has no separate add-card action.
Your card details are stored by PayTR; TeknoWeb servers do not store your card number.
Managing saved cards
- In the customer dashboard, open My Saved Cards.
- Set the card you want to use for renewals as default.
- Delete unused cards; deletion requires confirmation.
How are cards used for renewal?
- For recurring services such as hosting, servers, domains and business email, automatic renewal generates an invoice before the term ends.
- If your account has a saved card selected as default, renewal is charged to it within 24 hours before the due date.
- Temporary failures are retried over the next two days. Meanwhile you can pay through My Invoices using another method.
- If the card is permanently declined (expired, closed or blocked), it is deactivated and the service is suspended on the same day. After three unsuccessful attempts, service is suspended the day after the last attempt. In both cases you receive an email; paying the invoice restores service.
- Domains are not suspended this way; failed charges trigger an email and you must pay before expiry.
For all invoice and suspension dates, see Renewal, suspension and termination timeline.
My card changed or expired
If your card expired or you want another, save the new card during your next card payment. Then, on My Saved Cards, make it default and delete the unused old card.
Disabling automatic renewal
Automatic renewal is enabled by default and can be disabled per service.
- In the customer dashboard, open My Services.
- Click the relevant service.
- Disable automatic renewal.
For domains, this setting is on the domain's own page. Disabling renewal means the service will not renew at expiry; renew before expiry if you wish to continue using it.
