Hosting account activation and cPanel sign-in

How is your account activated?
Once payment for your hosting order is confirmed, your cPanel account is created automatically. A domain is required for hosting orders; the account is created with that domain. In exceptional cases, such as insufficient server capacity, setup is completed after our team reviews it.
Where are your access details?
For security reasons, cPanel access details are not sent by email. You can view them in the customer dashboard:
- My Services is where you select your hosting service.
- Access tab: open it to see your username, server IP address and domain. Use the copy button on each row to copy a value to the clipboard.
One-click cPanel sign-in
In the same tab, the cPanel SSO Login button opens cPanel without requiring a password. This button appears only while your service is active. If the service is suspended, you must first settle the outstanding payment.
Changing your cPanel password
Access tab: use the Change Password card to change your cPanel password. The new password must meet these requirements:
- At least 10 characters
- At least one uppercase letter
- At least one number
- At least one special character (e.g.
!,?,#)
Passwords can only be changed for active services. If you have FTP or application connections that sign in directly to cPanel, update them with the new password afterwards.
Next steps
- Point your domain to your hosting account.
- Once the domain points to your account, wait for the SSL certificate to be issued.
- Set up your website or migrate it from another provider.
