How to place an order

You can select and buy most TeknoWeb services directly on the website. These steps describe the general process; a product may require an additional configuration step, such as domain or server details.
Ordering steps
- Select a product. Choose a suitable package on the relevant product page. Current prices appear on that page.
- Select the period. Choose how long you want to purchase the service for. Hosting packages offer several billing periods.
- Complete the product settings. Hosting and business email require a domain. For a virtual server, you select options such as operating system and data center. Product settings (domain, server or email details) may be requested on the product page or during checkout, after account and billing information.
- Review your cart. Products, periods and amounts are listed in the cart.
- Enter account and billing details. If you are not signed in, sign in or create an account at this step.
- Approve the documents. Before completing the order, approve the Service Agreement, Distance Sales Agreement and Pre-contract Information Form. Since you request immediate commencement of the service, consent relating to the right of withdrawal is also required; the order cannot be completed without this consent.
- Make your payment.
Payment methods
- Credit/debit card: Payment is taken in a single charge with 3D Secure verification. Your card details do not reach TeknoWeb servers.
- Bank transfer/EFT: When paying into our bank accounts, include your order or invoice number in the transfer description. Then submit your receipt through Payment Notification in the customer dashboard.
- Balance: If you have an account balance, you can use it for payment. If it is insufficient, pay the remaining amount by card.
The Distance Sales Agreement and Pre-contract Information Form are attached to your order email as PDFs.
What happens after payment?
Services that start automatically
Linux, WordPress and WooCommerce hosting, business email, virtual servers (VPS) and domain registration are provisioned automatically after payment is confirmed. Once ready, your service appears under My Services. Our team may review some first orders before provisioning.
Services that begin with an order or request
Agency services and WordPress management, development, performance and security services begin with an order, but our team performs the work. You answer a few questions describing your needs when ordering.
Services provided by quotation
Reseller hosting and physical (dedicated) servers cannot be purchased directly on the website. Submit your requirements through the contact form; a written quotation is prepared for you.
