Available payment methods

Pay TeknoWeb orders and invoices in three ways:

  • Credit / debit card
  • Bank transfer / EFT
  • Account balance

Card payments

Card payments are processed through licensed payment institution PayTR.

  • Payments are taken as a single payment; installments are not offered.
  • Card payments made through the dashboard require 3D Secure verification using the code your bank sends. Automatic renewal charges to saved cards do not require this step.
  • Enter your card number and security code on PayTR's payment page; your card details never reach TeknoWeb servers.

If you save your card during payment, future renewals can be charged to it. See: Saved cards and automatic renewal.

Bank transfer / EFT

You can pay into our bank accounts by bank transfer or EFT. Afterwards, upload your receipt on the customer dashboard's Payment Notification page to notify us. For the steps, see Bank transfer/EFT and payment notification.

Paying with balance

Top up your account in advance and use the balance to pay invoices.

  • If your balance covers the invoice, pay it entirely from the balance.
  • If insufficient, pay part from balance and the remainder by card.

For top-ups, see Topping up and using balance.

Method comparison

MethodWhen payment is credited
Credit / debit cardImmediately on completion
Bank transfer / EFTWhen finance approves your payment notification
BalanceImmediately if the balance is sufficient

Where are my unpaid invoices?

View all unpaid and past invoices under My Invoices in the customer dashboard and start payment there.

Payment problems

If your bank declines a card payment, check the card limit and online purchase settings or try another method. If the problem continues, open a support ticket.
