Creating an account and signing in

You need a TeknoWeb account to place orders, manage your services and open support tickets. You can create an account in several ways and use different methods to sign in to the same account.

Creating an account

1. Click Register in the site's top menu or Create Account on the sign-in page.
2. Enter your first name, last name, email address and password, and select the KVKK consent checkbox. Your password must contain at least 8 characters, including an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number and a symbol. Alternatively, use the Google or Apple button instead of completing the form.
3. After registration, you are redirected to your customer dashboard.

Sign-in methods

Email and password

Sign in with the email address and password you used when registering.

Sign in with Google or Apple

If you created your account using Google or Apple, your account does not have a password. You can set one later under My Account > Security to also sign in using email and a password.

Passkey

A passkey lets you sign in using your device's screen lock, fingerprint or facial recognition without typing a password. First, add a passkey to your account:

1. Open My Account in the customer dashboard and select the Security tab.
2. Add a new key in the passkey section and follow your device's instructions.
3. For future sign-ins, use Sign in with a passkey on the sign-in page.

If you forget your password

1. Click Forgot Password on the sign-in page.
2. Enter the email address registered to your account.
3. Use the link sent to your inbox to set a new password. The link is valid for 1 hour; request a new link if it expires.

Temporary lock after failed sign-ins

To protect your account against password guessing, sign-in to that account is blocked for 15 minutes after 5 failed attempts within 15 minutes. Try again once the period ends. If you do not want to wait, reset your password: a reset also removes the lock, allowing you to sign in immediately with your new password.

Make your account more secure

After signing in, we recommend enabling two-factor authentication in the Security tab of My Account.
