TeknoWeb business email lets you use your own domain (for example [email protected]). Plans differ in mailbox count and storage per mailbox.

Included in every plan
- Webmail: Browser-based SOGo interface, including calendars and contacts.
- Access on every device: Outlook, Apple Mail and your phone access the same mailbox over IMAP and SMTP.
- DKIM and SPF: A DKIM key is generated during setup; required DNS records are listed in the dashboard.
- Automatic setup: Your domain and first mailbox are created automatically when the order is completed.
How does the quota work?
Each mailbox is created with your plan's per-mailbox storage. A full mailbox may stop receiving new messages. Check mailbox usage in your service's Usage tab. Delete old messages or upgrade to free up space.
The service is tied to one domain, which you must specify when ordering. The domain does not need to be registered with TeknoWeb.
Which plan should I choose?
Allow one mailbox per person. Shared addresses such as info@ or destek@ also count as separate mailboxes. Upgrade from the dashboard if you need more mailboxes or storage; existing messages are preserved.
