Team members and roles: adding colleagues

Share your TeknoWeb account with a team without sharing one password. Members sign in with their own email and password; their roles determine what they can see and do.
Roles
| Role | What can it manage? |
|---|---|
| Account owner | Everything, including main billing details and account deletion. There is one owner, who cannot be changed. |
| Administrator | Services, invoices, payments and team; excluding account deletion and main billing details. |
| Accounting | Invoices, payments, balance, saved cards, billing profiles and orders. |
| Technical | Services, domains and DNS, SSL, panel access and support tickets. |
Permissions are checked on the server; pages outside a member's role are also hidden in the menu.
Inviting members
- Team: this page is visible to owners and administrators.
- Invite member.
- Enter the person's email address and select a role.
- Send invitation.
About invitations:
- An invitation link is valid for 7 days and is single-use.
- Only the invited email address can use it.
- For expired invitations, use Resend in the list; pending invitations can also be withdrawn.
- Teams can contain up to 20 people, including pending invitations.
- Administrator can only be assigned by the account owner.
Owner-only actions
- Edit main billing details.
- Initiate account deletion.
- Assign the Administrator role.
- Remove administrators or change their roles.
Non-owner members manage their own names, passwords, two-factor authentication and notifications.
Removing members and leaving a team
On the Team page, use Remove next to a member to remove them. Their access ends immediately; active sessions and API keys are disabled. Their own user account is not deleted and they can be invited again. Only the owner may remove administrators or change their roles.
Members can also use My Profile > Privacy tab's Leave team button to leave themselves. Their session ends and rejoining requires a new invitation. The owner cannot be removed.
For automation keys, see API keys.
